Dixon’s Online Auctions will be closed on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2025, as we welcome the start of the new year. Starting in January, we will be adjusting our hours and pickup guidelines. Our winter hours will be Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays will be open by appointment only, except for the last Saturday of each month, when we will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM for a final chance to pick up your purchases. Please note that any items not picked up by the last Saturday of the month will be considered abandoned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these updates and look forward to serving you in the year ahead!
Dixon's Home Depot Liquidation Auctions offer a diverse selection of merchandise, from overstock and discontinued items to customer returns and even brand-new, untouched goods. While we go to great lengths to furnish comprehensive descriptions and photos, mistakes can happen. The written description should be your primary guide when bidding; stock images are used solely for illustration and don't depict the actual item up for bid. After all, who doesn't love snagging a great deal?
Items on offer usually range from near-new to gently used conditions, but be mindful that some could be customer returns showing wear or with limited functionality. A basic visual check is performed on all items, but no extensive tests. Please note that all sales are final, with no provision for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
For those bidding from outside the state, take time to review the lot descriptions and photographs in detail. Local bidders are invited to preview auction items firsthand at our Richmond, VA warehouse located at 187 Wadsworth Dr.

Winning bidders are required to schedule their pickup using the signup tab on our website. Items not collected within four days are considered abandoned, and no refunds will be granted. Special pickup arrangements must be made in advance. If you cannot comply with the pickup schedule, kindly refrain from bidding.
